                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
                   CHANGE ORDER NO. 4, RELATIVE TO THE
                   ENGINEERING AGREEMENT WITH A.G. LICHTENSTEIN
                   & ASSOCIATES, CONSULTING ENGINEERS, TO
                   PROVIDE ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE
                   PRELIMINARY AND FINAL DESIGN OF THE McCALLIE
                   AVENUE BRIDGE, WHICH INCREASES THE CONTRACT
                   PRICE BY EIGHTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS
                   ($18,000.00), FOR A FINAL CONTRACT AMOUNT OF
                   FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND, SIX HUNDRED
                   EIGHTEEN DOLLARS ($470,618.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of Change Order No. 4, relative to the engineering
       agreement with A. G. Lichtenstein & Associates, Consulting
       Engineers, to provide engineering services for the preliminary 
and
       final design of the McCallie Avenue Bridge, which increases the
       contract price by $18,000.00, for a final contract amount of
       $470,618.00.
